"Issue multiple burners not working, and glass is stained. Found that burners will turn on intermittently. No issue with elements found. Found that some of the burner switchs are burnt and most likely not making good contact causing issue. Advised customer that will put cooktop glass on order but cant guarantee it being covered under warranty since it is only stained. It was positive experience.Other repair companies should take lessons from you.Technician analyzed the problem, ordered the parts and came back as soon as the parts came in and installed. Not a long wait for initial appointment or second appointment.Very efficient. My favorite thing was being able to track the technician's arrival time online and what number job we were for his workday.Very helpful. There was also a phone call before his arrival. That gave us time to relocate our two dogs so no barking. it.Very customer friendly.
Phone experience making appointment very good as well.
