It was positive experience.Other repair companies should take lessons from you.Technician analyzed the problem, ordered the parts and came back as soon as the parts came in and installed.Not a long wait for initial appointment or second appointment.Very efficient.My favorite thing was being able to track the technician's arrival time online and what number job we were for his workday.Very helpful. There was also a phone call before his arrival. That gave us time to relocate our two dogs so no barking. it.Very customer friendly.
Phone experience making appointment very good as well.

I am glad the technician was able to fix the problem. I was not happy that it cost $298 and he was only there for 20 minutes. He took hair and debri out of drain pump and took water out of the machine.
