He figured out the problem and worked to fix it, explaining clearly what the issue had been and how to avoid it going forward. Outrageous pricing! For 10 min work 500.00 is price gauging. In addition I had canceled work on my dryer because I was able to do it myself but was charged anyway. I filed a complained with Miele USA and wrote to Miele Germany and already gave you lousy
