Cx concerns are le code. Tested bad hallsensor out of spec and found dirty water valves. Gave estimate to replace these parts. ordrng 1 6501KW2002A (Hall sensor) and 1 5221ER1003A (Cold inlet) and 1 5220FR2006H (Hot inlet)

The guy showed up and was nice but didn’t fix the issue. Said a plumber had to do it because the drain pipe was too long. PC Richards installed it and their warranty service wouldn’t fix their mistake.
