"Complaint loud bang and drum not turning. Upon diag, found bracket on inside was bowed out and hitting the drum. Fixed bracket and tested unit. Unit is now running to factory spec with no noise. No further issues."

"Cx concerns are unit is not running and making buzzing noise, I tried turning drum by hand and it would not budge, I inspected motor and blower wheel and I found that the blower wheel is cracked and has object stuck behind it. A new blower wheel is required for repair, follow up required; ordrng 1 12138200002185 (Blower wheel)"
