Kevin was experienced and very personable. He was very helpful in finding out what was wrong with my dryer. The pricing was too high (service fee $141 with tax, the part that needed to be fix cost no more than $25 but to have it fixed add another $395 than the part cost and taxes. We would have spent around $600 just to fix a simple part, so we decided to buy a new dryer because it made more sense.

Service man was honest. We ended up not getting the repair and just bought a new appliance. I kind of wish the representative on the phone would have given us an approximate cost for repairs before sending out a service man.

Joe was very knowledgeable about the repairing of such a newly made Whirlpool Refrigerator that even othe companies that came to diagnose the repair needed, then Diagnosed it wrong but Joe at Fleet Appliance Knew what was wrong.
