"Cx concerns are basket bangs around a lot when in use, I first checked for error codes and found two. I coeared codes then inspected unit and found that when in spin unit screeches and top of outer basket is not secured, after securing and replacing drive belt unit no longer makes squeaking noise and I raised legs to help balance unit and it passed automatic test cycle with no issues"

"I confirmed diagnosis and found that thermocouple on unit is special and requires a kit from cosmo, I advised cx we will need to reorder part and get correct kit; ordrng 1 30302900078 (Thermocoupler kit)"

"Cx concerns are unit does not finish cycle and door stays locked, I first checked error codes and found 5. F0e9(out of balance pause), f0e5(oob), f5e1(lid open fault), f9e1(long drain) and f3e3(inlet temp fault). I cleared error codes and ran unit through individual components tests and unit did not reproduce any error codes and I advised cx on proper loading of unit for balanced loads"

"Customer complaint no heat. Upon diag, found thermal cutoff tripped. Replaced thermal cutoff and dryer started heating. Checked over vent, was in spec at .32. Upon checking heat, noticed flames super high in dryer. Advised Customer that he needed the conversion kit for natural to lp and to not use dryer as it is a fire hazard. Gave customer estimate of $350 plus tax for conversion kit and labor as it's not covered under warranty. Customer is holding off as he said another company did the conversion. No other issues with unit. If cutoff trips again, not c9vered under warranty. ; ordrng 1 W11050897 (Thermal cutoff kit)"

Cx complaint unit is now violently banging during spin cycle / diagnosis belt and splutch are slipping and squealing loudly / also speed sensor is faulty / unit is spinning out of control / need to order and replace splutch / belt and shifter / please return with suspension rod kit / no other defects found / ; ordrng 1 W10721967 (Splutch / cam) and 1 W11239857 (Belt) and 1 W10913953 (Actuator)
