Customers complaint is their is moisture buildup on inside of left door / shelves up top dont sit level even if they swap shelves / bottom draw is cracked / freezer evap fan is vibrating making loud noises / diagnosed a ripped gasket letting in warm air / also diagnosed a faulty French flap heater / also evap fan is out of balance causing loud vibration in entire fridge / also center metal is uneven causing shelves to not line up / ; ordrng 1 AEB73865906 (Evap assy freezer) and 1 AGU75770106 (French assy) and 1 ADX73350627 (Gasket assy) and 1 MEG63343001 (Shelf holder) and 1 AJP73816204 (Deli draw)

Service man was honest. We ended up not getting the repair and just bought a new appliance. I kind of wish the representative on the phone would have given us an approximate cost for repairs before sending out a service man.

Joe was very knowledgeable about the repairing of such a newly made Whirlpool Refrigerator that even othe companies that came to diagnose the repair needed, then Diagnosed it wrong but Joe at Fleet Appliance Knew what was wrong. It is 36 hours now and my refrigerator is now back up and running. Joe your are the Best. Thank you again.
