The repairman sent to My Home Did a minimum evaluation of my machine and simply told me the issue was “I use too much soap” without actually repairing the machine. His visit was extremely brief as he seemed to be rushing and now I have to call for a second time to have another person sent to my home to repair the problem. This machine is extremely new and it’s unacceptable that I have to call a second time for the machine to be repaired. In addition when I tried to explain I was using the recommended amount of detergent and I was unsure how that had negatively affected the machine, I felt he ignored my questions and left in a hurry.
