"Called tech line. Found that the unit still isnt seeing the defrost circuit; found that the board isnt sending voltage to the defrost circuit when in diagnostic mode, no issue with wiring; states that the board most likely never stopped sending voltage to the defrost and blew the fuse and that portion of the board ordrng 1 WPW10739408 (Contrl)"
