"Cx concerns are unit is not spinning clothes out, I first checked error codes and found f0e5(off balance load) and f5e3(lid lock fault). I inspected basket and found that hub is completely stripped and drive shaft is corroded and has no teeth left on top part. Unit is going to need a new gearbox assy and hub nut.
