The lower drawer would not close. I replaced the two rails and I had to adjust the front panel and the metal drawer with spacers to get it to close properly. The beverage refrigerator tested okay to factory specs

Great progressive progress on tracking tech day of appointment. Derek was punctual and very knowledgeable about this unit. He thoroughly explain something that Whirlpool failed to relate in the user manual. Preheating for convection 12 minutes; baking is 15 minutes. Well done Derek!
