"Upon arrival I went to test unit and found that unit was responsive and I was able to test all modes of function in diagnostic mode and all components passed

"Cx concerns are unit is still not heating correctly, I first verified unit is getting correct voltage at element and vent pressure reading was .20in/wc. I did find vent detached from back of unit, I reattached and advised cx that unit is running as it should and that if unit has mixed loads they may experience varied drying results."

"Cx concerns are unit is leaking from behind, unit is cooling properly. I inspected behind unit and found water line had multiple pin holes in line and was leaking activily so I turned water off at valve and advised cx to call a plumber and have them replace water line."

"Cx concerns are unit is not heating properly and vent has been checked previously, I inspected unit and verified correct supply voltage then checked every component in heater circuit and found all components tested ok, then checked lint trap and found excess buildup blocking blower wheel. After removing lint buildup and when running unit I visually saw half of element not heating. I confirmed correct voltage to both sides of element and determined element needs to be replaced. I gave cx estimate and they approved, I replaced heating element from truck stock and unit tested ok to factory specs. I sent bill to Lee via text; used 1 WP3387747 (ELEMENT) from stock"
