"Customer Concerns: FF section not keeping cool, ice build up on lower portion of FF section. Inspected unit and found Fan motor to be loud when turning on and shutting down intermittently. Tested for proper voltage at the board and got required 13v. Fan motor tested out of spec, needs replacement. Instructed customer to let unit defrost with doors open and towels down for 24hrs ordrng 1 WR60X26866 (FAN DC FF EVAP)"
