Carl is a gentleman. He arrived at the expected times. He returned for a follow up service and worked long and hard in order to repair my dryer. However, in each instance, our dryer issue was never resolved. I assume he thought that the repair was accomplished, but immediately following his departure each time, the malfunction still existed.
