Cx concerns are unit was unusable and had display showing numbers. I put unit in test mode and found similarities between test mode and what Cx described. Cx accidentally put unit in test mode and couldnt back out. I checked for error codes and erased. Tested and checked to specs. Unit runs to specs.

"Cx concerns are unit will not start, I put unit into diagnostics mode and get F9E1 error code (long drain), inspected drain pump and found harness broken to pump, replaced harness using prescreened part and ran unit through service cycle and it tested ok to factory specs"

"Cx concerns are unit has ice buildup in bottom of unit, found ice blocking drain, cleared ice and ram jumper wire from heater, also cleared drain line in back of unit and it tested ok to factory specs"

"Installed two new slides tested unit, unit checked okay"

Customer complaint is that the door will not open. Diagnosis door was frozen shut Steamed out freezer section tested unit unit checked okay.
