"Customers' concerns are that the ice maker is not working. I replaced the ice maker. I double-checked the water line, and we had pressure on the water valve. The water line to the refrigerator is leaking under the freezer. I instructed the customer she needs to have that replaced by a plumber before she turns to water back on, the refrigerator tested okay to factory specs"
