"Customer concerns are I/m isnt mowing ice. Found error code of 40c. Ice bin is stuck in ice maker room and cant be pulled out. Unit will need the ice maker service kit, ice maker fan, ruff defrost sensor, leak kit, and ice bin.

Pedrito fixed our oven. It's an expensive, high end brand. I was afraid I might have to replace it. Pedrito diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, installed it a week later. Now the oven works great.

The service technician was professional, however the pricing for repairs was insane. To replace a dishwasher drainage pump ($30 part) was over $500. You tube shows how to replace part in less than 30 min. Very disappointing that they don’t discuss pricing up front. They must charge over $400/hour for repairs
