Cx complaint water filter is leaking / cx did not install filter correctly / cx education on how to properly install filter / cx had water turned off and line disconnected so I could not test for leaks but the filter is now inserted all the way properly / no defects with unit

ran unit through diag cycle and found reservoir not filling with water / filter was clogged / installed new filter provided by cx and ran through tests again / reservoir is now filling completely as should

Cx complaint oven will turn on and then turn off for over 10 minutes and she cannot cook / also says cooktop burners will also all shut off at random times and then come back on / diagnosis ran unit in bake up to set temp (400) and recorded AVg temp of 388 / ran all 4 cooktop burners and got an average time of 2 minutes 30 seconds off for each burner and 5 minutes 16 seconds on / advised cx I can not find any defects with unit at this time

"Cx concerns are unit does not heat and makes a noise while running, after inspecting unit I found igniter is bad and rollers need to be replace

"Customer complaint clip fell off of top of unit not allowing top to stay down. Found clip inside unit and put it back on in correct spot. Unit working to spec, no further issues."
