"Customer complaint water leaking. Upon diag, found water leaking both on water line and the connection from house water line to valve. Water line is plastic and I am not able to fix water supply line from house, needs a copper line. No further issues, advised for a plumber to install copper water supply hose."

I had the good fortune of having Carl as my technician for both the initial inspection as well as the repair of the seals and LED lights in my refrigerator. On both occasions he was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, personable, and courteous. Carl worked neatly, quietly, and proficienty; even checking with Whirlpool service via cell to ensure best practices. He was also quite patient and happy to pause from his duties intermittently to oblige the persistent petting demands of my two attention seeking bulldogs! Carl was an absolute pleasure to work with, he is top notch and a master at his craft!! Thank you!
