Richie the tech was incredible. Nice, knowledgeable and able ro fix our oven issue promptly. Highly recommend them and him for fixing any issues you might be experiencing.

I had the good fortune of having Carl as my technician for both the initial inspection as well as the repair of the seals and LED lights in my refrigerator. On both occasions he was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, personable, and courteous. Carl worked neatly, quietly, and proficienty; even checking with Whirlpool service via cell to ensure best practices. He was also quite patient and happy to pause from his duties intermittently to oblige the persistent petting demands of my two attention seeking bulldogs! Carl was an absolute pleasure to work with, he is top notch and a master at his craft!! Thank you!
