"Complaint front right burner not igniting. Upon diag, found ignitor harness to be melted and shorted. Put electrical tape around loose wires so they are not exposed and advised customer to not use that burner. Ordering ignitor harness ; ordrng 1 5304528828 (Ignitor harness)"

"Cx concerns are unit is not spinning or washing clothes, I put unit into diagnostic mode and I checked error codes and I found EF5(oob) in all 3 storage slots. I cleared error codes then I ran unit through all component tests and unit had no issues, I advised cx of my findings and unit tested ok to factory specs"
