"Customers concerns are error code f9e1 which is clogged drain pump, and water leaking from door. Found door boot dislodged, most likely due to repeated pulling of wet clothing over boot. Reattached door boot as well as spring. It holds as well. Open drain pump filter. Pulled out fist size clump of detritus, cleared filter. Reinstalled. Ran diagnostics cycle. Everything runs to factory specs."
