While making the call and speaking to a friendly agent,I was told it would be a few days for a repairman to come. Upon arrival and finding the problem,it would be about a week for the part to be ordered and installed. The repairman came with the replacement part and installed it and it worked. The next day we discovered the machine was now not working in another way.I called back and was told it would be a few days for someone to come back. I had a look online to see what it could be,and upon investigating,discovered the repairman failed to plug a switch back in. I plugged it in and it worked. Then I looked up the part that was replaced,and I found a lower price for a new item. I felt that I was overcharged and the repairman didn't do a thorough job of making sure everything was reassembled properly and in thorough working order. I cancelled the return appointment. I am not sure if I want to use the service again.

Richie was amazing, patient, thorough and pleasant to work with. He was efficient and respectful and fixed the fridge problem. If I need a repairman again, I would request it be Richie.

I thoroughly enjoyed my Fleet experience. My appliance guy Pete was actually $50 less for his diagnosis fee but he wasn’t available and recommended Fleet to help me. My dryer was screeching and the barrel would not turn. I work in construction very long hours and need my washer and dryer Desperately. I don’t know why repair places don’t work on the weekend especially, considering I only have one day off most weeks sometimes none. I don’t get vacation sick or personal days so to have to take off a day of work is a big deal for me. But I lucked out, my son was off and I was able to get an appointment the same day I called my son met him there. He was able to fix the problem on the spot and I was able to use my dryer that very night and everything works perfectly. The repair guy was kind & courteous. Also the payment options were easy to navigate, thank you
