"Complaint; unit not working. Buttons are not reacting properly, main board and both interface boards. Unable to start unit or find out if there are further problems. Units faceplate on top interface is pushed in to the unit and appears to have remnants of detergent in the area. Also buttons are sticking. The normal button locks and unlocks the door on the top washer. The display doesn't show whole numbers, power button on top washer controls both washers and so does the bottom washer, tech support confirmed this is not normal. Machine shows child lock is on, but buttons to remove the lock don't remove it.
