Issue ff section isnt cooling. Found fz frosted completely; found that the control board isnt sending voltage to the defrost heater. Board is part of the control box and not separate. Also ordering the thermostat and thermistor due to a burn mark near them. Advised maintenance to have the unit defrost the day prior for repair ; ordrng 1 5303918645 (Thermistor kit) and 1 5304507171 (Control box assy) and 1 5303918638 (Thermostat kit)
