"Customer concern range not staying/reaching temp. Set to 350 and checked with multimeter. Average temp was 348. Customer asked to check on 400 as that is the temp they mainly use, average temp was 395. Told customer I could adjust the temp settings a little higher, customer declined. Advised customer the temp gauge they placed in oven is inaccurate as my reading was steady at 400 for a few minutes and theirs was at 360. No issues with unit, operating to spec."
