It was positive experience.Other repair companies should take lessons from you.Technician analyzed the problem, ordered the parts and came back as soon as the parts came in and installed.Not a long wait for initial appointment or second appointment.Very efficient.My favorite thing was being able to track the technician's arrival time online and what number job we were for his workday.Very helpful. There was also a phone call before his arrival. That gave us time to relocate our two dogs so no barking. it.Very customer friendly. Phone experience making appointment very good as well.

Carl was my service technician provider for my GE refrigerator. I can’t say enough great things about how he provided his service. It should be mentioned that Carl came in as a second opinion after a GE tech diagnosed my issue. It should also be mentioned that the GE tech was wrong about what piece needed to be replaced. Carl took the extra time to locate the true problem. After he ordered the right part he came back for the install and now my refrigerator is working correctly again. I would not hesitate to recommend him and hope that he is my service provider again in the future. Rich G.
