Adjusted level of doors so it will close properly. Informed customer that ice maker will start producing ice once temp settles. No further issues with unit."

The service appointment areas quick day right after I called in. (Could have been same day but I was unavailable) Technician Carl was great: very knowledgeable, professional, as well as, friendly. He did his best to try & help issue however, part could not be replaced & issue persists so we need a replacement refrigerator.

Jahmell did a great job. Labor cost of $325/hr, however, is enormous and will prevent me from doing business with Fleet in the future.
